Founded in 2016, Sté Tumba Capital enters a new era under its trading name, Humanity Ventures™, marking a decade of building, transforming, and uplifting brands with purpose.
As part of our 2026 rebranding, Humanity Ventures™ focuses exclusively on acquiring and revitalising small companies — often those facing challenging circumstances — and transforming them into profitable, high-impact enterprises. We believe that every business, no matter its size or stage, can become a force for prosperity and good when guided by the right vision, leadership, and strategic direction.
We no longer invest in passive holdings. Instead, we take an active ownership approach, partnering closely with founders and management teams to rebuild value, restructure operations, and reignite growth.

At Humanity Ventures™, we acquire and co-build small businesses with annual revenues up to £500,000 — especially those with potential for regeneration, expansion, or strategic repositioning.
We focus on companies that are ready for their next chapter: those seeking growth capital, new leadership, or complete acquisition. Many of the businesses we acquire are in transition or underperforming but carry a strong story, valuable assets, or loyal customers.
